Illustration
Illustrating for books goes right back to my students days at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art. Having trained as an illustrator, my first commission was for The Everything But The Girl Songbook and a series of illustrations for New Musical Express. From 1986 - around 1992 I worked mainly as an editorial illustrator including work for The Observer, Timeout and various publications. Also completed work for John Armit Wine list. I have illustrated two books for my mother Helen Crummy, " Let The People Sing" and "Whom Dykes DIvide". Also have self published, written and illustrated two books "The Boy who wanted to play the violin" and the "Rehc Taht Fables".
