Who Are We?​

The Scottish Tapestry Trail is a Scottish registered charity (SC053806)  dedicated to celebrating Scotland’s rich heritage, culture and communities through the art of stitching. Bringing together stitchers, storytellers, historians and local groups, we aim to create a vibrant network that preserves and shares Scotland’s stories through textile art. “Telling our story one stitch at a time” reflects our belief that every stitch contributes to Scotland’s shared story, and our ambition is to become a membership organisation that welcomes and supports stitchers from across Scotland and beyond.​
