Woman and Flowers is the third in a series of downloadable designs that are exclusive to this website. This design reflects the history and colour of Scotland.  
Woman and Flowers  are a recurring images I have drawn through many tapestries.
 
This drawing is an homage to Charles Rennie Mackintosh and Margaret MacDonald. I studied at Glasgow School of Art completing a MA Design. As students were lucky enough to have our studio in the Chicken Run at the top of the amazing, beautiful and iconic GSA building. 
 
In drawing and designing tapestries the line work is in part inspired by the GSA. The use of line runs through all my work.
 
I have designed over 600 designs for many tapestries since 2010. Building up experience on how create design for stitch. 
If you wish to stitch this drawing, trace the line drawing onto a piece of linen, then stitch. Simple!
